"The First Debate"
I watched the first Democratic candidates' debate last night.
It seemed to me that the ones who made the most sense
and avoided politicians' generalizations and platitudes
were Dennis Kucinich and Carol Mosely Braun.
Bob Graham has the brains,
but I don't think he's as good a talker as Bush.
It's too bad it's a beauty and charisma contest.
The voters like tall, pretty white guys
with short names.
