"New Legislation: Twangtown Board Too Exciting. Helmets To Be Required."
Legislation is now in committee to require helmets when logging on to Dick Shuey's
Twangtown Message Board. The excitement is becoming a safety hazard. The Easter Week
session will be laminated, framed, and placed in a time capsule to frighten future
generations.
